“Around me the trees stir in their leaves and call out ‘Stay awhile’.

The light flows from their branches.

And they call again, ‘It’s simple,’ the say, ‘and you too have come into the world to do this, to go easy, to be filled with light, and to shine.’

LiveLifeResources is committed to building relationships by cultivating a culture of connection and partnership between humans and the natural world.

It is our aim to engender not only feelings of environmental stewardship, but also to dive deeper into the realms of biophilic collaboration and the creation of vibrant shared living systems with the Earth and all her inhabitants.

The Wyyldwood Project

Our Wyyldwood is comprised of roughly 300 acres of forested countryside in the Southwest corner of Vermont. Lush forest, clear streams, and open meadows with small parcels of regenerative farmland intermixed, welcome participants to rejuvenate their senses and connect with the natural world.

From the renowned rich autumn colors of New England and the Green Mountains, to the deep quiet of winter and the vibrancy of teeming life in spring and summer, this land gives rise to nourishing magic in all four seasons.

This wilderness, lovingly monikered The Wyyldwood, is home to the Wyyldwood Project and the East Coast land-based portion of The Center for Living and Learning. LLR and UNCF are committed to protecting and preserving the wild nature of this landscape by facilitating opportunities for shared learning on topics like conservation, sustainability, regenerative forestry and farming, wildlife habitat, protecting native pollinators and other species, and encouraging healthy and resilient eco-systems.

Biophilia

Our natural world is in crisis. We believe first and foremost, it is a crisis of love...or better yet, the lack thereof. Modern social convention invites us to steward, sustain, regenerate, or any number of nouns and verbs, but rarely are we invited or inspired to simply love the natural world and protect and preserve her solely for the sake of that love.

Spending time in our Wyyldwood, reminds us who we are, reconnects us with what's important, and inspires us to do all we can to keep it safe and well. Check out our calendar for an opportunity to join us in the Wyyldwood.
