Dreamwork
Symbols are everywhere, in both our waking and dreaming lives. In this two-week Dreamwork bite-size class, we will explore some of the ways we can find meaning in our dreams. Rather than being a class that focuses on dream theory, we will work with our dreams themselves. We will explore what they may be trying to tell us and how that symbolism may lead to aha moments and self-realizations.
Embracing the Chaos - Disruption As Catalyst for Personal Awakening
Emergence of vision begins first with major disruption to one’s personal, social, familial, or work life. Experiencing a disruptor, though difficult, often potentializes personal discovery and gives meaning and purpose to a personal change process. Disrupters temporarily destabilize routines, grab attention, instigate inquiry, and motivate decisions.
Emergent Cooperative Learning at Home
This precious moment is one not to be squandered needlessly.
As a family, we’re in the process of designing an emergent, cooperative learning strategy at home in response to the sudden opportunity we have to be home together due to the COVID-19 situation. So many families are doing their own version of this. At the moment our version, involves art, music, self-care, physical activity, and land-based learning. It is specific to what is right for us at this particular time.
